Patch Pronto

SMS Terms

Patch Pronto is operated by The Handy Hippie LLC.

Patch Pronto service and workforce texts

Customers who opt in receive automated and staff-sent messages about service requests, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and job updates. Employees and tradespeople who separately opt in receive work availability, assignments, scheduling, dispatch, job updates and job-acceptance links. We do not use these programs for promotions or unsolicited recruiting.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional, separate for each program, and is not a condition of purchase, account access, booking service or joining the workforce. Use your repair link or Jobs portal if you decline texts.

Reply STOP to opt out. A STOP request blocks both programs on the messaging number. You can also turn off a program through its SMS choice form. Reasonable plain-language requests to stop messages are honored.

Reply HELP for help. Messaging-provider keyword responses apply once the program is activated. To enroll again after STOP, reply START to unblock the number, then return to your repair link or workforce settings and explicitly choose the relevant program. START alone does not enroll you in recurring application messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or unavailable; consult your repair link or portal for current job information.

See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled.

Text delivery is disabled in this staging application. An opt-in records your choice; it does not indicate that a messaging registration is approved.
